Today during my usual shift at BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s breakfast show I got to meet Mark Kent, UK’s ambassador to Vietnam. Photo+more after the jump.

QUICK FACTS ON MARK KENT

  • Mark Kent is originally from Lincolnshire;
  • He earned his BA degree in Law from Oxford University in 1986 and gained post-graduate qualifications in European Law from the University of Brussels and business administration from the Open University;
  • He can speak French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch and is learning Vietnamese;
  • He is married and has two children (15 and 12);
  • Mark Kent previously worked in British missions in Mexico City, Brussels and Brasilia;
  • He likes his coffee black with no sugar.
